Selected grapes of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco P.R. grown in the typical land of medium textured soil of the Grave del Friuli area. All of them are harvested by hand between the end of September and mid-October, then they are de-stemmed, crushed and fermented separately; then colors and flavors are extracted from skins, by carefully and frequently pumping over and punching down. Once fermentation is completed, the three musts are stored separately in already used barriques.
An important and direct wine with both a strong personality and elegance: a deep ruby-red color, spicy and with some light herbaceous notes.
