Tasting Notes

The label reads "Sumoi Barmei" because that was the 6 year old daugther's translations of "Sumoll Vermell" - whom is also responsible for the artwork. In Catalan "Vermell" means light red. 4 day maceration. Lovely aromas and flavours of Cherry Licorice, Raspberry and Lilac. No sulphur or other additives.
