Pim Pam is a complex wine, made with native varieties from the Penedès wine region: Xarel.lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Malvasia de Sitges, Sumoi blanc and Garnatxa blanca. All of them white grape varieties that Ignasi has planted on their farm.
Pim Pam has been made with its own lees and in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a total production of 2,522 bottles.
Very intense yellow/orange colour with some haze. Aromas of very fresh white fruits, citrus and very floral. The palate is alive, pleasant acidity and a lot of fruit notes.
No sulphur or other additives.
