Their "little" Pinot grows in the "Daubhaus," an Appenheim vineyard of loess soils laced with limestone. Matured in large oak barrels, it delivers spicy notes and aromas of cassis. An elegant wine, as easy and comfortable to sink into as an antique velvet armchair.
